Turning Chinese

I make this artwork based on my own vision about peoples in the goverment. the chinese symbol means "Luck"
that represent how lucky they are,
they get big sallary for sleeping when they are in the meeting,
they get vehicle, fancy cars, and many more..
so, they are soooo lucky!
what kind of Feng Shui that they used?!
